LASER COACHING IS A PROFESSIONAL SERVICE:  Laser coaching is a professional service by BIG Marketing Solutions LLC.  Our policies are listed below.  Because I am an individual service provider, and sole employee, and provide a "personal service" I may use the word "I" when referring to the services of BIG Marketing Solutions. CONFIDENTIALITY:  I offer clients the assurance of confidentiality.  I will never discuss our coaching sessions with others unless compelled by court order or law (not likely!).  I will not violate your privacy or disclose that you have chosen to use a coach.  I will not make your identity nor our relationship public.  TECHNOLOGY & SECURITY:  Because our conversations may take place by phone or via technology such as email or internet chats, instant messaging, and etc, it is possible that the security of confidential information may also reside with phone companies, internet service providers, email providers, and other third parties.  I practice the protection of client information to the best of my ability. I observe reasonable professional care and due diligence in these matters in such as way as to be prudent and practical.  PUBLICATION:  For the good of the Profession, or to indicate my expertise so that others may know if I can help them from real world experience, , I will occasionally share a case study or "testimonial".  Names and details will be changed to protect the client.  Any article or information that flows out of my work, and becomes published, will never be identifiable as the private or confidential business of and individual client in any way.        RESPONSIBILITIES and LIABILITIES:  I am responsible to my clients to coach within boundaries that respect life, follow the law, observe sensible business practices, value important relationships, and respect a client's stated value or faith systems.  I offer analysis, ideas, concepts, illumination by taking alternative viewpoints.  I will share personal experience, and even advice.  However, the client alone is responsible for any choice to act or not act following a coaching session.  I do not tell a client what to do and am not liable for client choices or behavior.  Any liability is professional, and not personal, is the responsibility of BIG Marketing Solutions, and not myself personally.  LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY:  BIG Marketing Solutions accepts no liability for the decisions a client may make or the behaviors a client may engage in as a result of what is actually shared, or what the client believes was shared during the coaching.  The maximum liability of BIG Marketing Solutions is the cost of the service during a single coaching session where the client believes that such liability has been created.  If a liability issue is raised then there will be no more coaching service ordered or provided.    DUTY TO PROVIDE NOTICE TO REQUEST REFUND::  If you believe that we have poorly served you, or that we have become liable for anything, as a result of services provided during a coaching session, you must notify us of your belief in writing within 24 hours of that coaching session.  You must ask us to refund your purchase price for that coaching session within 24 hours in order to ever assert a claim at law.  We may or may not agree with you.  If we agree with you we will refund your payment.  After 24 hours, and in the absence of such written notice and refund request, there will be no entertainment of such claims and no refunds.  All rights to make liability claims expire 24 hours after a coaching session.    VALUES and BELIEFS:  I come from a Christian perspective but can readily coach inside other belief systems that are not diametrically opposed to the tenets of Christianity.  LIMITATIONS OF SERVICE:  Laser Coaching may not be right for serious psychological or spiritual issues.  I have extensive awareness of psychological and spiritual issues, and can help with some, when a "COACH" or "GUIDE" is what is needed.  However, in the course of a client conversation, I may recommend a licensed or trained professional if it seems warranted.           REFUND POLICY:  Time is the only thing I have to sell.  Time is the only resource that cannot ever be recaptured or returned once spent.  For this reason, All Sales Are Final.  New clients, on first call, may cancel before 30 minutes of service is provided and receive a full refund.
