Email, Web Chats, Telephone calls are all handled in private. Unless otherwise requested, coaching call notes are taken by me during the call and will be forwarded by email afterward to assist you with recall and making progress after the session.
Each technology has limitations. Privacy and confidentiality are maintained at the highest level allowed by law and by the technology and communication methods chosen.
Client names, coaching conversations, contact information including email addresses are never disclosed, resold, or forwarded to others.
